When you feel tense or stressed, what do you do to relax?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 28, 2009:
I go outside.
I sit quietly, go inside and try to smile at me. I pick up an instrument and play what i feel and let the beauty of sound soothe.
Meditation in all forms is the deepest answer.
